This policy explains the information Mind Care collects and how it is used for accounts, bookings, and virtual care.

We may collect identity and contact details, account credentials, consultant qualifications, appointment information, payment status, and information you submit during intake.
Please do not upload medical documents until Mind Care confirms that secure document upload is available for your account.
Information is used to operate accounts, verify consultants, arrange consultations, communicate service updates, prevent misuse, and meet operational or legal obligations.
Relevant booking and intake information may be shared with the consultant assigned to your appointment. Infrastructure, email, database, and hosting providers process limited information on Mind Care's behalf.
Mind Care does not sell personal or health information.
Mind Care uses access controls and hosted infrastructure protections, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as needed for service, safety, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes.
You may request correction or deletion of eligible account information by contacting cmind7238@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, safety, or financial reasons.
